Setting date of Trademark Law to com effective
The Trademark Law enacted as the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No 3 in 2019 shall come effective from 1 April 2023(12th Waxing of Tagu 1384 ME) in accord with Sub-Section(b) of Section 1 of this law.
I hereby signed this law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
