缅甸知识产权局（MIPD）继2023年4月1日发布“缅甸知识产权代理通告编号（1/2023）”后，于今日中午（4月7日）通过IPD的facebook账号对外发布《商标注册申请通知书》，进一步明确Soft Opening第一阶段的官费缴纳以及TM-2的递交截止日期，同时宣布Grand Opening（正式运营）的具体时间为2023年4月26日。
Notice of application for trademark registration
1. According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce's Order No. (63/2020), as the second step, either by yourself, applications are being processed to departments which accept applications from April 3, 2023. It has been announced by the Department's announcement No. (1/2023).
2. In the second step, by Article 93 (a) of the Trademark Copyright Law, only applications for validated trademarks (old trademarks) will be accepted.
3. Applications must be submitted together with the payment of fees, and if applying through a representative, the representative appointment form (TM-2 Form) must be submitted together with the TM-1 Form.
4. If you have a user account to use the electronic registration system (WIPO File), you can only apply through the WIPO File system.
5. Fee payment for applications applied in the first phase of Soft Opening and submission of TM-2 Form will be received and accepted by May 31st, 2023.
6. According to Section 93 (a) of the Trademark Law, the application for new trademarks will be received and accepted in officially opened (Grand Opening) starting from April 26th, 2023.
